Michelle Childers

Michelle began her career in multifamily in 1990 as a leasing consultant in Birmingham, AL, moving up the ranks to Regional Manager. In 1997, she started a new career in multifamily marketing with Apartment Blue Book, now known as Apartments.com. Michelle was the original publisher of Birmingham Apartment Finder and held the positions of Mid-South Regional Director and VP of Sales for the Eastern United States with Apartment Finder. She was also VP Southeast for Apartments.com/CoStar. In November 2017, Michelle joined 成人app Supply, where she is Vice President of Industry Relations. Michelle has a great passion for the multifamily industry. She has served on many committees, including serving as Chairman of the National Suppliers Council in 2017.

Jermaine Weathersby

A veteran strategic sales and relationship building professional with more than a decade of practical experience in multifamily, Jermaine joined the industry in 2011 and says he has never regretted taking that leap. He worked in multifamily advertising, sales, and retail management, before joining the 成人app Supply team in 2022. As a National Account Manager, he works with Property Management Company leadership, helping stakeholders with immediate needs, discussing budgets, planning upgrades, and developing growth strategies for the future. Jermaine says he loves the opportunity to come alongside 成人app Advantage Program (CAP) partners, helping them find working solutions today and building capacity to take advantage of new opportunities tomorrow. He believes cultivating partnerships—working shoulder-to-shoulder toward clear goals—is the key to ongoing success.

Rebecca Wagner

A Certified Apartment Manager with more than two decades of experience in the multifamily industry, Rebecca began her career as a leasing consultant. She excelled, moving into property management before transitioning to the vendor side of the business, first in commercial advertising then MRO sales. Rebecca says joining the multifamily industry is the “best decision I ever made.” She came to 成人app Supply in 2017, where she is Regional Vice President of National Accounts. Rebecca thrives when helping people, and she loves being part of a team committed to service and fully dedicated to multifamily.

Adam Porter

A veteran multimedia journalist, Adam invested nearly a decade in the MRO industry before pursuing a career in journalism and content writing. He worked on the supply side at an appliance parts company and as a renovation and repair professional for a maintenance contractor. After two decades sharing stories and crafting compelling content across multiple industries, Adam came back to MRO, joining 成人app Supply’s Marketing Team in 2023. He is excited to be part of a dynamic team making a real difference for their multifamily MRO customers.

Matthew Trotter

An HVAC professional for more than 24 years, Matt has an extensive foundation of training and education, from electrical vocational training to HVAC trade school, to a union apprenticeship, and Trane Centrifugal teardown certification. His passion for education led Matt to create course materials and service manuals for the HVAC industry and to help build four training facilities for a major manufacturer. His work with 成人app Supply includes creating comprehensive training for multifamily MRO professionals, delivered in person and online.
